I have some swaddlebee fitteds that need the elastic replaced. Has anyone done this? I don't have a serger, so I was just going to open a small spot in the back and turn it inside out through there. But, when I tor out about a half inch of stitching, the layers wouldn't separate, and make an opening. Are they not made with 2 separate layers? Also I couldn't see any stitches for the elastic.
