Has anyone done this? It looks pretty easy, but I wonder if a boiled wool texture would be comfortable on a baby?

We've had lots of wool longies and the key is to finding SOFT wool. If you buy a scratchy sweater to felt, you'll have scratchy longies. I haven't tried it, but I wonder in cashmere would work?
