What are you going to think about for relaxation/meditation while in labor? I just finished the Hypnobirthing book, but none of her meditations really appealed to me. I had a 28-hour labor with my DD, and although just slow, relaxed breathing got me a long way, it wasn't enough after 20 hours and I got an epidural. Are there any particular images or types of breathing or relaxing that work really well for you during contractions?
