Every two weeks now!!

Oh my gosh! Where has the time gone. I had my 28 week appt today and now have to go every two weeks until January! Then it's every week. This pregnancy has gone way too fast!! I only have 83 days until my due date.

28 week stats:

Baby's heartbeat 135
B/P 106/62 (dr was thrilled)
Total weight gain 27 pounds

I had to drink the nasty glucola junk today too. Also did all my admission papers and talked about the epidural (just in case of a c section only). It was a long day.

ARGH! I know! I have 96 days left!! WHAT!!! HOW did that happen? My next appt (28 weeks) is Nov 29, Ihave to do the glucose test too.

I have to take a hopsital tour at sometime too! So much is piling up and the holidays!

Your BP was GREAT! I hope mine is good.. usually the night before an appt DS keeps me up all night and I feel like UGH in the morning for my appt!

Wow I'm still at every 6 weeks LOL. I think I move to 3 weeks after my next visit!! The mw's here in NYC do thinigs very differently...but it being my third I'm ok with it.

I should be at every 2 weeks, but I missed my appointment last week. I had to cancel. I'm being pulled in a million directions at once and can't seem to find a block of time to schedule an appointment in!

I'm at every 2 weeks - but things got thrown off for me a little because I went 5 weeks between appointments instead of 4 last time (midwives were at back-to-back homebirths and I had to reschedule) ... so my next appointment is a week from today at 29 weeks, instead of 30 weeks. We'll throw an extra week in there somewhere to "even things out"! 85 days (12w1d) to go!!!

I'm doing the GTT next week as well - but just eating a high-carb breakfast and then the mw will do a blood draw. Usually I wouldn't bother, but, having had a 10lb 14oz baby (at home!) last time, I want to be able to once again say that some babies are just big - and no I didn't have GD!

I know, I can't believe it either! These last few months are going to fly by if the last couple are any indication. I am starting to panic that I won't get everything done I need to get done.... but at the same time I am soo excited because we are that much closer to meeting our little one!!

I took the glucose screening at my 26 week appt. No news yet but I am not expecting any if it is good news. My blood pressure was a little high last time (first number up about 10 pts) but I am not counting that one because a) a different woman than usual took my reading and b) I had my blood draw for the glucose screening 1 1/2 hours before which always makes me feel wonky and c) my appt was at 2:00 and they didn't see me until 2:30!! this had never happened before and no one even came out and told me anything, needless to say I felt a little pissed off.

So my next appt is 28 weeks then at 36 weeks I go every week... wierd thing is my maternity package only pays for 13 visits? (10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, I think that's 14!!) What happens if I go over 40 weeks?? :
