Turkey, Gravy, Mashed Taters, Rice, Green Bean Casserole, Roasted Carrots, Buttered Peas, Potato & Fennel Gratin, and Stuffing

Dessert: Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Cheesecake, and Pecan Bars

I'm getting tired just looking at that. I'm going to drive 13 hours and cook all those things. I must be crazy!:

We're going a bit different this year:

Goose (home grown)
Mash patatoes and pan gravy
Dressing
Greenbeans with mushroom cream sauce casserole
Sweetpotato/squash/banana casserole
cranberry rellish

pumpkin pie with whipped cream...every last bit made from scratch.

Winter Squash Gratin
Rice stuffing with pine nuts and dried cherries
mashed sweet patatoes
creamy garlic mashed potatoes
rolls
crunchy pumkin pie
green bean casserole
cran-apple relish

Everything from scratch except for the rolls. i haven't decided on what we will be doing for meat this year. My dh wants a turkey but I'm considering the vegitarian life once again so meat isn't on my list of things to cook or even eat. I'm sure my dh will plan that part.
