MW didn't sweep me last night

she did do and internal though. turns out i am 2cm dialated, but still not that soft. the good news is that i am alreaady further along than i was when my water broke with DS#1, and in labor for a day (his labor was 43 hours of back labor

she did not want to have a repeat of that, so she she said if she did do a sweep it would most likely send me into days of labor with my water breaking early again. so i'm drinking a quart od RRL tea a day to kep the BH coming to soften up.....and hopefully in a couple days....at least i can hope!

good luck adon! I think they are checking me tomorrow and I have had SO MANY braxton-hicks- hopefully they are moving things along. I am so in denial... I feel lile although my due date is still 2 weeks away, she is NEVER coming out. I am so excited and anxious that the days are dragging..

I'm sorry she didn't sweep you but she probably knows best. You wouldn't want to be in labor for a long time and still not have this baby for days.

I'm oblivious to what they mean by "soft"...I'm 1 cm dilated and super super super soft according to being checked yesterday (I gave in...) But I don't know what that means.

Maisie- I'm right there with you. Same EDD and feeling like a ticking time bomb. I'm lucky I feel great. But it just seems like it is forever away but at the same time it's right now. Hard to explain.
