I agree with this. From what I understand, sharing is part of the healing and this world is not all fluffy bunnies and wonderful. I had a an amazing birth, was lucky this time, not so lucky in the past. I healed so much this time. We all have different ways of doing it. Please do share if you can though. We are here for you!
