I read it. Jaya, I know how tough these decisions are. It will be easier when you get there I promise. You really won't have time to think about it. I've never heard of Yellow Fever in Rwanda for what its worth. Nor did I or my DH get Hep A in our year there, neither anyone we knew. Good luck!
