Overdue/waiting mama thread - Page 8

Hang in there, mamas! I've been thinking about you!

If its any consolation, I see SUCH a difference between DD1 who was born at 38 weeks, and DD2 who was born at a day short of 42 weeks. DD2 is just so much more content and had such an easier time adjusting to the world. She is so much healthier and happier than DD1 was. I think there are real benefits to having an "overdue" baby.

Ohhh VeganLove ? :

Nayfe's PKU was scheduled for yesterday and Peggy called to say she had a mom in labor. As we hadn't heard from you....well something tells me you might have babe in arms today.

And hey, talk about convenient. We'd have been in a mess if that appt hadn't been cancelled because the baby's ped appt ran way longer than expected once I registered at the hospital and ran the stuff from her head bump to the lab. Takes for-ever with one in the Moby and five others in tow.

I hope it all went well for you and can't wait to hear more!!
