pumpkin apple butter?

Has anyone eaten it? I had 20 pounds of apples and I made the Crockpot apple butter. Now I'm wanting to get rid of the rest of these apples!
The ingredients are apple sauce (homemade), pumpkin, the typical spices, and apple cider all cooked in a Crockpot till nice and thick.

I just finished canning it and it's so yummy!

1 cup apple sauce (I used 3/4 c)
28 oz pumpkin puree
1 cup apple cider
1 cup brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t cloves

Put all in Crockpot and cook on high for about 2 hours. Remove lid and cook on low till desired consistency. Beat with a hand mixer to get creamy.

My only complaint is that it only made 2.5 pints!!
