Can you help me with some cheap and easy christmas craft ideas?....we've just bought a new home and i really dont have the money to buy new decorations but want to get all festive

Don't know if this is the type of thing you are looking for...

If you have saved your christmas cards from previous years you can cut them up, glue on sequins or glitter glue or whatever, punch a hole, stick in a ribbon and voila. You can make garlands, swags, ornaments, gift tags...

Pick up pine cones outside, tie on a wire, and coat in glue and dip in glitter...

Salt dough ornaments...
