Our menus have always been varied. Now that I eat meat. we usually do Alton Brown's turkey (the brined one with savory aromatics). Last year, I also made corn bread pudding, millet with pumpkin, and green beans. That was for two of us. We ate off of it for a week.

We're visiting family this year. My FiL will likely make the same turkey. He'll have his trademark (non-GF) stuffing/dressing cooked on the side (separately from the turkey). His normal side dishes include: Green beans and carrots in lemon butter. Really garlicky mashed potatoes. Apples and pears in a rum sauce.

He'll make the gravy with cornstarch. If he doesn't do a cornstarch gravy, he'll use mochiko for a roux. I might make cranberry salad. I might make the corn bread pudding, because it's really good and because it takes the place of stuffing/dressing for me. I'll pick up WFM GF Bakery pie crusts and make a pumpkin pie. If they're out of crusts, I'll make pumpkin cheesecake bars. And we'll whip real cream, because I can't have the stuff in a can (soy lecithin).

My FiL is *wonderful* about accomodating me, even though he finds it intimidating at times. His hobby is gourmet cooking, so meals are always a treat.

Here are links to two threads on the Traditional Foods boards. Lots of people going GF there. The second one is about GF and CF holiday foods.

I used the recipe in Anya von Bremzen's Please to the Table--it's a pretty nifty cookbook.

Most of the recipes I find online are in Russian, I'm afraid. The english search results don't give much.
