Am I the only one left?

I feel like I'm going to be pregnant forever, but STILL NO BABY! I had a good NST on Monday, and a good BPP today, and my MWs have played with my cervix/swept my membranes THREE TIMES this week, but still nothing. What is this baby waiting for?!

If I didn't see it for myself on the ultrasound, I'd say there wasn't even an actual baby in there. At least now we know there's only one.

lol. I'll send you some labor vibes!! I'm sure you're not the only one left. Actually, we haven't heard from 2bluefish, have we?

She posted today in the UC forum, she's still pregnant, too. Well, that's okay I guess. But yikes, I am SO DONE with being pregnant. I've developed PUPPP in the last week, and I'm itchy as all get out.

Im thinking of you! I had my membranes stripped 3 times too!

you could try acupuncture. it is what worked for me. dmitri came 2 weeks and 1 day after the edd and labor started right after acupuncture or not right after like 6 hours after or something like that.

i hope our baby comes soon

at least if you are the last one, you can proudly claim last baby for our ddc!

Well, it looks like I *will* be the last one, because 2bluefish seems to be in labor:

I'm so excited for her, but I'm SO JEALOUS.

I'm going to go take a bath.

Sending labor vibes your way. It must be frustrating for you but don't worry, mama, you will get our extra special attention when you have that baby! Your baby will be the Maraschino cherry on top of our DDC sundae

You can still beat me - get to work! I seem to be laboring really slowly - taking a break every day from 1-5pm. I'm getting pressure to go see a doctor on Monday if I don't have it this weekend (who I'm sure will want to induce), but surely I won't take THAT long - I'm like 4/5 right now. Let's schedule our babies for 3 am this morning, ok? - they can be "twins".

I think that sounds like a plan, though you're farther along that I am. I'm having mini-ctx, but nothing that I'm positive about, yanno? And certainly nothing that's distracting me enough from what I'm doing to make note of the time.

We had snow flurries today, and I was sure that would put me into labor, but so far, not so much. Bah!

Don't be so sure your doc will want to induce. I did an NST and a BPP, and both came out fine. I thought I'd be told to induce and have to stand my ground, but instead I was told to just repeat the tests weekly until there's baby. I really don't want to go back, though, so I'm really hoping it's this weekend. jeebus.

It's an anti-race to see who will be the LAST to have her baby!

Ayla, I hate to say it but I have a little more sympathy for 2blue -- only because primips are "supposed to" go past their edd, but multips aren't! :

But I have a ton of sympathy for both of you. I went a week and I wanted to shoot someone.

How many weeks past are you guys?

Sending labor vibes:

I had no signs of labor till I went into labor so don't lose hope!!

I'll check back around 2 am to see how it's going

IIRC, you wanted to shoot someone a week before your EDD. You flooded the DDC with threads about how sick you were with being pg.

Do you have any more sympathy for me if I tell you I have PUPPP, and nothing stops the itching? I'm up way past my bedtime trying not to scratch. It's on my belly, but it's the mildest there (though for the first week it was terrible on my belly), and now it's on my hands and arms (forearms are the worst), around my ankles, behind my knees, and on my upper thighs. Nothing seems to stop the itch, though I took 50 of benadryl an hour ago and it seems to have staunched it somewhat.

Oh, and I developed pitting edema in my feet, finally. I had it in my hands last night and had to take off my wedding ring. I was really hoping to get through this pregnancy without doing that.

I'm 42 and 3 as of right now (Saturday, Nov 17). DH was 18 days late, I'm beginning to think that this LO is planning on taking after his/her daddy from the very beginning!

No baby - contrax all night but spaced so far I had to sleep between them. After the BPP, they adjusted my due date so I'm about 42 by that - still feel like 43 though. I don't know what I'll do if I do make it to Monday, cause I am not interested in meeting this doctor. I might have to just cut the midwife loose...
We better go check ourselves Ayla, there is a story over in birth professionals about a gal who delivered a baby after NO CONTRACTIONS!! That's awesome - some people have all the luck...

Go see your chiro girls and relax thats what got my labor going.

I'm thinking of both of you and sending more labor vibes your way. It really sucks being over the edd.
