Sewing FOE

I am on my second round of pocket diapers for Jaxen.
For the diapers with the cotton outer and hidden layer of PUL, I understand that they tend to wick, but they are so pretty.

I was just curious which stitches you use on the FOE? We used a zigzag stitch last time, I was wondering if the straight stitch works out better?

What is your experience/opinion?

I use a wide,long zigzag for FOE. I have free elastic tutorials on my website - linked in my siggy. There are 2 on FOE. HTH
