I konw this may be a goofy ? but what in the heck is causing me to have pressure in my vagina? Is anyone else having this? Sometimes even just sitting to pee I feel like something is goign to come out bc it is so much pressure then it hurts to wipe???? Is this just normal w/ the more pregnancies you have?

My doctor told me that if I had any pressure to call her. Maybe you should call your doctor?

I've had pressure on and off for the past 6 weeks. I usually get it when I have over exerted myself. I told my midwife and she felt that it could just be the weight of my uterus. If I lay down for awhile it goes away.

I chose to not be checked, but if you are concerned you could ask to be checked to see if the pressure is accompanied by any changes in your cervix.

They are going to ck me at my next appt is what they said which is in 3wks I think, I have had it for a month or so now it is just very frustrating, I remember having it w/ my last pregnancy but not till the very end after she dropped. I know my SPD or whatever just makes the pressure/pain worse so maybe it is just that making it feel worse than it is, I have been having quite a bit of BH's lately but I haven't thought much of it bc it is only when I sit and try to relax then it goes away. IDK....I may call next week if it gets worse.

I get BH when I pee which sometimes gives me a pressurey feeling. I think we're just getting really heavy down there!

some pressure is totally normal. i have some pressure and can feel it more when i go to the bathroom, too. there is a lot of weight pushing down on us these days, ladies!

if it's coupled with bleeding or backache or other abnormalities, then i would seek some more information from a healthcare person.

It has gotten progressively worse for me pregnancy by pregnancy. Now I feel pressure if I stand up for too long and when I go to the bathroom. I just figured it was my deteriorating pelvic floor since I have good intentions about kegels but I rarely do them. Sometimes it even spreads to my butt. Fun.

Well, I'm choosing to believe that it's having a 2lb (ish) person living and growing inside me that's doing this.
