Mama Pad Recommendations

I know I've seen these threads here so hope this is where I should post it? I can't do a search since that's disabled so we're starting over.
So I'd like to try mama pads and want to start out with something of good quality but not at the high price end until I know if I'll really use them.

Soooo....what do you suggest? Is there a place I can read reviews?

TIA,
Ann

i've always used glad rags and have been quite happy with them.

There have been quite a few discussions about mama pads on the Keeper yahoo group.

LisaJaney (spelling?) seems to be the favorite there.

My gladrags don't have a moisture resistant barrier, so I don't care for them.

Hindsight is my current fave. The absorbent part folds so you have to deal w/inserts and it washes thoroughly and dries quickly. Mine are made of pique fabric which is not as bulky as flannel.

I also have Luna pads. I like the little wings but w/an insert it feels really bulky when I sit down. That flannel again.
