Best sites? I want something that I pay for obviously, but if I decide to cancel my subscription it won't make my songs not work anymore.

My husband loves emusic. He has an extensive CD collection that he rarely listens to anymore since he got the ipod and a subscription to emusic. You own the songs/albums that you purchase through a subscription. It's a lot cheaper than iTunes and has a huge variety of artists and genres.

We use emusic too, it's awesome for indie music but really limited on popular artists.

I like Emusic too, but true, some stuff you can't get, but for independent music it is often a great deal.
