I've been wheat/gluten free for awhile now and I'm finally getting ready to go in for The Official Celiac Blood Test. My doctor said nothing about needing to eat gluten but I read somewhere that you should be eating it when you have the test.
Is this true? (Please say yes...birthday and Thanksgiving this week and am ITCHING for some real cake!!!)
