combining foods cause allergys?

Ok, so I thought I might be allergic to eggs because it seems like when I eat them I get a headache.

So I have been monitering my intake and noticed I havent gotten a headache in a while.

BUT

Today when I had eggs with cheese on top, I got a headache.

Can you get a food sensitivity by combining foods?

Someone knows! I know you all are just brimming with information about food allergys!

Thanks so much for the info!

I ran into something about this on the POFAK page last night. If I remember correctly its called concomitant allergies. My mom has something like this... she can't tolerate peanut butter with a sugar product or milk with a sugar product.

interesting...I have a couple of books on food allergys that I have never actually read, I should look at them too.

Fascinating!

You could also be overflowing your "bucket". That is, one food alone doesn't cause a reaction because your body can get rid of it. But the second problem food causes the systems to overflow, and that's when you get the symptoms.
