I'm trying to find information on feverfew in pregnancy. I'm having severe morning sickness and trying to find a natural substitute for zofran since medicaid is so far refusing to pay for that. I need to stop this before it becomes hyperemesis again.
I found that zofran is a serotonin antagonist and my research has shown that feverfew is one as well. My problem is I'm finding conflicting information on feverfew in pregnancy (and sadly don't have my Susan Weed book anymore).
I'm 12 weeks, though I do have a history of miscarriage (primarily due to hormones, not abrupt labor).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. If someone knows of a pregnancy-safe serotonin antagonist I would be happy to hear about it!
