Oh my aching...

...BELLY!

where has this horrible belly pain come from?? it starts up at the top of my uterus and sort of radiates downward until it feels like I did about a million crunches and my thighs ache too. I have never experienced this....how on earth do you deal with this??? my uterus was tipped backwards with my boys, and they were large and caleb was posterior causing a lot of back pain but a hot soak for 20 minutes and my back was better...NOTHING helps my belly but to lay like I'm going to sleep, and I can't do that unless I'm in bed and I can only do that when I am going to bed.

I have compromised by ignoring it until the morning chores are done and then laying on the couch. but man oh man I can't take 3 more months of this! :

Lower back hurts so badly when I pick up my 16 month old. And whenever I am sitting my left back hurts...it sucks.

One day I was fine, the next day the SPD kicked in. I woke up one morning about a week ago and realized that whenever I tried to stand on one foot (to put on my pants in the morning or to put on flip-flops before going into a store) I started to tip over unless I held on to someone or something. Then yesterday I swear the floor was suddenly twice as far from me as it used to be and it became a huge hardship to pick someting up or plug in an electrical appliance.

I hate asking for help, especially since it seems so hypocritical! Yea, it was no big deal to ride my bike the 10 miles to this town so quit pitying me and put my shoes on for me because I can't reach my own feet!

Yea, right; THAT would sure go over well with the average random childless acquaintance!

i have this too...it is not fun.

My husband makes fun of me b/c i walk funny, almost like my legs are crushing under my enormous mass.

Hopefully it will pass soon, but I would rest when you can.
