Congrats DS didn't nurse very long (3 months), but I've still been able to express a few drops since then and now its back in there like it was before I can't wait to get this breastfeeding relationship with Bub going because I want it to go long haul!!!

My dd kept nursing through the dry spell and my colostrum came in at about 22 weeks this time. It does make nursing a little better but still very sensitive. We are both excited to have the baby bring the milk back!

You're so lucky, dd just would get so upset and mad that there was nothing there

bs"d

I guess I never went dry. I haven't tried expressing milk, but I sometimes see it on my nipples when dd2 is done. She's been nursing like normal the whole time. It was the same during my last pregnancy when my first was still nursing. Maybe I've had a reduction in supply, but they haven't cared.

Oh ellymay, good for you!

After DTD last week, DP said to me: "Congratulations honey, you're now producing colostrum," so I guess it's there a bit, but I don't see much of it.
