Is there a quick way to find the graphs that show the decline of the diseases that "vaccines eradicated" like polio? (Or just the decline of all the diseases over the course of 100 yrs?)

I swear, I have been on CDCs site for 45 min and I cant find ANY of them! I know they exist!!!!!

Would it be cdc? Or FDA?
