Remembering to do kegels

Alright ladies, who has been remembering to do kegels? I for the life of me can not seem to get in the habit of doing them. So, if you have been remembering or are in the habit of doing them please share your secrets and tips for keeping up the good work.

everytime i sneeze, cough or vomit, i remember them...

i remember i haven't done enough of them.

Oh, goodness. I remember that too!

I try to do them at least once a day - I find that the baby usually kicks me when I start up! I went to pilates last week & the baby did NOT like that AT...ALL.

I promised myself that whenever I think of them I'll do them. I try to do about 100 a day. But if I think it I make myself do it, no outs, no excuses.

I'm lazy and watch tv for an hour to two before bed. Everytime it goes to commercial I do kegels until the show comes back on. Works like a charm for me. It's the ONLY way I remember!

My doula associates doing them with a color. So everytime she sees something red, for example, she'll do 10 kegels.

do i even have a vagina anymore? everything below this gargantuan belly is sort of forgotten at this point...every once in a while i'll see two huge feet sticking out underneath me, and i'll remember that i do have a lower half.... but seriously, i do 'em like once or twice a day. urinary incontinence is delightful, but an experience i never ever want to deal with again!

I do them whenever I think about it, for a few minutes... and when I lie down at night to go to sleep. I think it helps me to fall asleep really. I concentrate and do some really good ones until I drift off...

I try to remember to do them at every red light. This is not working. So I just do them when someone posts about kegels.

I'm not doing so hot at remembering either. How are you guys doing them?

I've seen recommendations for a couple different ways: as many fast reps as you can do in a row, flex and hold for 10 seconds each (10 reps), "stair step" up...what's the best way to do them? I don't know!

I find they are much more fun when you do them while umm...pleasuring yourself...I don't forget to do that :
