Any natural drain openers out there?

My shower drain is really slow and I think it is clogged. I need something to unclog but don't want to use deadly items like Drain-o. What can I use?

what i do in the sink is get the water running really hot. Then turn it off -- stuff as much baking soda down the drain as I can, add vinegar a 1/4 cup at a time till it doesn't fizz anymore, then flush with the hot water for several minutes.

Thanks! I did the vinegar/baking soda thing this weekend to two of our showers and one sink and both drain so QUICK now. I was amazed!
