So nauseous

I never got sick at all with my pregnancy w/ dd, and was coasting through this pregnancy as well, until last week. Suddenly I am so nauseous I can barely get up off the couch. Moving around, coughing, bending over all make me gag. There's been no actual vomiting, which I'm not sure is a good or bad thing. No food is appetizing. I'm barely eating. I don't know what this is about. I don't know what to do about it. I don't really want to call the mw, because all they ever say is to go to the ER and get monitored, or wait it out. I am still feeling movement, so a trip to the ER is the last thing I want. But should I be worried? I go for my appt. next week. Oh, and H did have a throw up thingy last week, but he has a notoriously weak stomach, and I haven't thrown up, so I don't think that's it. I'm so confused!

poor you! do you have a doula you can call? my doula was always way more helpful than my mw, who was too busy to help me most of the time. as long as you're staying hydrated, i wouldn't worry too much. but if you can't keep anything down, off to the ER with you! : Feel better.
