I'll be freezing muffins, waffles and pancakes, french toast (the kind that is baked in a dish), maybe a breakfast casserole or two.

For lunch and dinner, I'm planning on a lot of crockpot meals. But for the freezer, I'll probably toss in some enchiladas, taco soup, quesadillas, chicken a la king, manicotti, things like that. I'm also going to prepare things like chopped onions, shredded cheese, ground beef/turkey, etc. and have them in the freezer to be able to throw together some stuff at the last minute.
Yeah...I think I'm having this baby February 1st or 2nd so we'll have them all eaten by 3 months I was reading on another thread that you can count on them being 'good' for up to 4 months and after that they don't go bad, per say, but they don't taste as good.

I wonder if I could fit a few breakfast casseroles in, also...hmmm. That's a good idea!

Oh those cookies sound so good! They sound similar to a recipe I have which is oatmeal cookies loaded with really good stuff like flax seeds, poppy seeds, hemp hearts and other yummies. Also I've seen brewers yeast at Whole Foods (although I don't know if WF is California specific.)
thanks for the recipe! I want to make them now!
