Help me find a tea set....LEAD FREE !

hi, I know this was covered in another thread...but I can't find it.
I need a tea set that can have REAL tea put in it....so if you mamas know one.....tell me please!
my dd asked for one for christmas and I'm trying to get the grandparents to buy something decent!

Do you have an Asian market near you? We have a really nice tea set from Thailand that's just perfect. The teapot is generously sized, as are the cups and saucers. It's made of melamine, I think--it feels nice and heavy, but it's not breakable. Asian markets have loads of different tea sets to choose from, and they're often quite inexpensive.

You might also try www.pearlriver.com, or look at Ross or Marshalls--they usually have little china sets, although they're pretty dinky.

Ikea has a kids set that is made out of porcelain. They also have matching plates and cutlery...
