HI ladies, just a reminder that everything needs to be mailed off a month today.

Dea,
My person has not posted her desires to the database. I'd really like to know about allergens, etc, before I make/purchase the gift. Maybe give her a nudge?

so for those mom's who haven't posted their prefrences, it's REALLY hard to shop for you!!! i had to do that with the 2nd tri swap and it took a little of the fun away. it takes 10 min max...go do it!

Mine is all packed and ready to go out this week, hopefully! Now, is this supposed to be a secret swap or should I include my MDC name on the gift?

I just need my person's last name, so i can properly address the package.. actually, what I want to buy is online, so I might have it shipped directly to her in gift wrap.. gotta think about that still.

I am right there with you! Holidays can totally skew my perception of time! My gift was ordered this morning and will ship all gift wrapped to my person! I am so excited.. she will have it in a weekish.. (pending mail!)

I'm done buying, but not done sewing yet; since my own wish list was for anything at all handmade and my swap buddy looks like she has even less time for crafting than I do, it wouldn't feel right if I didn't at least TRY to make our babies some cute little matching items...and besides, she inspired me to try something I probably wouldn't have done just for myself and what I could do with the materials I already had turned out quite nice if I do say so myself which I obviously do!

Just one more set of matchies and I think I'll be ready to send it off....unless I get more ideas and scrounge up the bucks for more materials, of course.

This is so exciting. I mailed out my package today. I needed to get it out while it was on my mind. Are we allowed to open them when we get them or do we wait until a ceratin date? How does that part work?

You can open them when you get them, then come to this thread and tell everyone about it. Also don't forget to update the yahoo page saying that you've sent your package.

Oh I am so excited! Mine was shipped today to my person Priority Mail... so they should receive it in 1-3 business days!!!!!!!!

I got mine today--getting it wrapped up pretty and should be out the door tomorrow...since I was so late on the birth beads, I thought I should get on this one...and I can't really knit-- her baby would be five years old before I made a washcloth, so I just had fun picking out other goodies...My compliments to you beautiful handmade gifters...
