Mothers Milk Tea

So I have not leaked before last night. Baby is 8 days old. I thought I was lucky as I was sure she was getting more then enough, she spits up a lot and has tons of diapers.

So last night I had a snack and did not want anything sweet or heavy to drink so I made mothers milk tea.

Sure enough my right boob let down when baby was on my left last night/morning.

I hope it is just the effects of the tea.

I always got letdown on both sides when DD was nursing. So I had to wear pads all the time until she was somewhere about 9 months old or so!

I'm looking forward to the Mother's Milk Tea again. Mmmmm...it's one of my favorites!

I don't particularly like the tea myself, but do drink some.

I have a let down each feeding, but I don't seem to be soaking everything anymore. I do have to wear pads though! I've beenn worried that I don;t have enough milk! Usually I am a gusher.
