Oh what a day. I am in Boston at my moms for Thanksgiving. First, last night I woke up at 1:00AM with bad pains in my belly. I thought it was diarhea. So I got up went to the bathroom, nothing. Just radiating pains from top of belly down to back. I timed them, every 2 to 4 minutes. I sat on the couch, I moved, I drank water, I was on hands and knees, couldn't get comfy and they wouldn't stop.
Finally by 1:50am, then ended. Just like that. So I went back to bed with DS. Woke up and noticed that the baby wasn't really moving. usually first thing in the morning the baby is jumping around. I did kick counts.. after 2 hours still not at 10. Called my MW told me to go to local hospital. So I had my mom come home from work to watch DS and my sister went to hospital with me.
It took a long time to find heartbeat. The nurse pushed on my belly and mademe move from left to right. But then it started bouncing around and had the hiccups. So phew. Then did a cervical check and it was closed. GOOD. So put on "bedrest" ha ha ha wtih a 2 yr old.
Then I just found out that a friend of mine passed away this morning. She was a wonderful mom to two beautiful little girls. I am in shock and so so so sad.
