My 2 yo has a swollen, red penis that he has been saying hurts and is hot (at least it sounds like he is saying hot but maybe he is just saying hurt). He will be playing fine and then burst into tears all of a sudden saying it hurts and I think it might be when he pees that he screams. He did take a bath at my il's the other day with my neice who is quite grabby with the boys and I am sure they used regular baby soap on him too. He has a twin and his penis is swollen to about twice the size of his brothers (it has always been a little bigger but this is way bigger) and it is a bit red and looks kinda funky on the end. I have been hestitant to put anything on such a sensitive area and don't really know what to do! Any suggestions?

It is always possible that he is just having some seperation issues going on instead of a infection. Here is a link you should read over just in case. http://www.mothering.com/discussions...d.php?t=764732 There are also some more things mentioned there that you can try to help with the redness and pain.
