today is my EDD. megh and i watched a dvd this morning together and snuggled...it was loaned to me by my MW about a mama having a waterbirth w/ her 7 yo dd and 5 yo ds and it was really sweet...called 'i watched my baby brother being born'. we also watched the andaluz water birth video where there was also a young girl in the water w/ her mom and dad...very sweet. megh says she wants to go in the tub w/ me...yayyyyy! i said YOU are the ONE person i would LOVE to be w/ me in there....i'm so stoked.
then meghy and i took a walk in nature, and that was wonderful albeit soooo chilly out....whew! temps are really dropping here lately in central oregon.
tonight we went in the hot tub w/ my mom and her boyf, greg, and that was nice too...very relaxing. love that hot tub. actually there are 3 here in the resort we live at...
now we have a fire in the FP and are gonna snuggle up and watch a movie and eat sugar cookies we are baking...yum.
today has been a journey of sorts for me and i wanted to make sure i spent it w/ megh in special ways...its been a great day. i'm so glad my MW suggested this... i just adore her.
last night while megh was sleeping i kissed her head and stroked her hair and held her and was just so in awe of her and when i had her...that was the best day of my life. i hope she knows how much her mama loves her.
now i'm ready for sheamas to come...i'm so ready. i better get on that couch w/ my girl.
