Feeling down...

It's not PPD...
My brother was deployed to Iraq a few days after Caleb was born and never got to meet him. He's in Kuwait now, waiting to go into Iraq and I am so teary this morning thinking about him. I keep thinking what if something happens and I never see him again. Or what if he gets head injured while over there (my older brother is severely brain injured, so that would be two TBI brothers..) I'm sure a lot of it is hormones, but I miss him and I am so worried about him. Hugs and prayers or your good thoughts to him would be appreciated. His name is Matthew.

I'll be thinking of you and Matthew and your family.

Meeting so many mamas who have family members deployed has really brought the situation in Iraq into a different focus for me. I am in awe of all of your strength and sacrifice.

I completely understand! I keep worrying they will call my bro in (his wife just had a baby). and I can only imagine worrying that he too will suffer a TBI! !!!

I get upset by this whole situation, I just do not understand it all. What I do know, is that thanks to those like your brother, my hubby is coming home in a few weeks. I wish no one had to be there at all. But thank you to you and yours for all you go through. I really need my husband home now.

((((hugs)))) I do know the worry.
