My ds lost his Nana today to cancer. She was like a mum to me since I was 14. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday :
I really don't know what else to say, its just hard and I need to get it out

Hope your able to share some lovely memories with your family at thanksgiving.
Maybe thats the thing you should be greatful for. Having someone special even though she is gone you have the gift she left you having wonderful memories to share forever. Cancer is horrable and teh battle is long but it still hurts like crazy when there gone. I just lost a very dear aunty to breast cancer and i just cry when i need to and never feel bad about having a laugh to. She left me with some funny stories. good luck

thank you all. I found out, a couple days ago that sweetpeasmom a irl friend of mine died Wednesday I don't want to say more about that since I know her thread got pulled.

Its just been a VERY rough week for me. Both memorials are today. I've been up since around 4am. I just can't sleep. I can't make it to one without missing the other

I wish for you to have peace. I have been through a loss so great it sucks the sir from my lungs to forget gor one second and remember. Keep the memories alive and do well by that person's standards. Be well.
