OH, I hate them too! The irritate me. Both mentally and physically. Physically they irritate my tailbone and mentally they just irritate me. I can't do them. You're right, it's kind of like fingernails on a chalkboard. And like you, I have no problems with my vagina in any other way. I just hate them!

how happy am i that i am not the only one???
i was really beginning to wonder if there was something wrong with me since i always read that you should do them so often. i foudn they were really helpful with hemeriodds after dd's birth, and i have a fear about prolapses (no reason to have it, i jsut worry) so i try to do them, but can't

LOL! I don't hate them, but I do find I can only do about 3 before getting bored/spacing out... it's pesky.
