Morning Sickness (ie. All day sickness) talk to me about it

so I am just sitting her thinking about how sick i was last time i was pregnant and wondering how early did the sickness start, how can I prevent it, deal with it, will I surely have it this time since i did last time and how are you galls feeling right now?
