After discussing things with our doc last Fri we decided to go with the induction on Monday. I had two babies that had SD and got stuck after the head was delivered. Very scarry. So I was induced at 40wks 3days.
I was so scarred of the Potocin. SP????
They started it at 8 in the morning and broke my water at noon. I really started to hurt at 1pm and could not bear it anymore. I was 4-5cm. Thoes meds made the contractions sooooooooo hard and painful!
: I asked for a epideral. When the doc got there to give it to me he said I was going way to fast and decided to give me a spinal instead for relief right away. It worked! But only for 10 min. Cuz than I started yelling and was so mad that the pain had returned. All I could think is that now I am in the worst pain and I cannot even move. I freaked out and cried in pain. It had only been 10 min but they checked me anyway and I was 10!! No wonder I had that pain. I pushed through 3 contractrions and she was born with the cord tightly around her neck. But she had no shoulder problems!! Yippee!
Our oldest and my DH was there for the birth. Not really what I call a birth to remember but I have the most beautiful Girl in the world!
