Hopefully this will make you feel better. My 14 year old brother is intact and my sister and I have asked him about this too. He said nobody looks at each other in the locker room, nobody knows he's intact and he doesn't know if anyone in his grade is either. With the other thing... I worked as a CNA in 2 different nursing homes for 4 years before becoming a SAHM. CNAs spend the time cleaning the elderly, not the LPNs. In the time I spent working as a CNA, there was never a problem with the men, most all were intact. It was the woman that were always getting UTIs. It was never an issue with the men.
