My daughter was born two years after my son and is using the FBs that he used. The smalls were just fine when I took them down from his closet -- no problems at all. However, she is now needing mediums and I was horrified to find that 75% of them had lost the elasticity in the legs.
So, as if I had nothing else to do, I need to replace all of the leg elastic ASAP. I have found instructions on the internet, but I'm confused as to what they mean when they say to "take out the threads that form the leg casing. Are these the threads that (when looking at the inside/fleece) form the innermost stitched line and go through the PUL? Or is it the outside seams where the PUL is stitched to the fleece (and then turned inside-out)?
Also, what size elastic do I use?
If anyone can help me out with this, that would be great. Photos would be an additional bonus.
Thanks SO much,
Roxanne

when you undo that stitching you will be able to turn the diaper inside out and see the elastic
