KK vs Sigg vs anything else comparable?

I'ld like to get my dc a sports type water bottle for their stockings. I'ld like the one for the baby to be sippy spout but able to use a sports bottle type lid as he gets older. Anyone have any info on which is better/why you like the one(s) you've chosen. Oh and if you know of any sales going on now or soon I'ld greatly appreciate it

I like my Sigg bottles but not the company...their backorders are ridiculous, and they let vendors order things that who knows when they'll be in stock. The opening is small so it can be hard to clean without a brush. They are cute however, and very lightweight. The tops are all really nice and don't leak much. They could be used in lieu of "sippy" tops.

KK are great, but plain. They have sports tops and avent sippy tops. The sports tops will leak if they tip over (while the Sigg tops won't). The mouth is wider so you can manage to reach in the small kid-size ones and clean well with a sponge. Plus they can go in the dishwasher.

THANKYOU!! It sounds like KK would be the way to go..... we don't mind plain and at least the kids wouldn't fight over which one to use Oh if KK uses avent sippy tops can they also fit the handles that go on the avent sippy cups?

I've never really tried, and I don't have any anymore...but they might!!! At the very least the neck is narrow and makes for easy holding for little hands.

I like KK because it's plain stainless steel. Ds prefers Sigg though.

We have Sigg's and we really like them. Ds has the "baseball cap" style top, while dh has a sport top. I like ds' better. You have to push down while drinking on dh's top, and I don't like that. I still need to get one for ME!

We only use ours for water (very rarely juice for ds), so we don't worry TOO much about getting the bottle clean. We wash with the other dishes, and then clean the top VERY well.

I have ordered from Swiss Army Shop and the shipping is free and I've never had anything backordered.

I really want one of these Guyot bottles, because the Sigg openings are too small, and I think that the KKs are ugly. :

We have the KK with sports top and bought the Built NY sleeve for them. Easier to carry and keep the water cold longer. We clean them with a bottle brush and baking soda.

They work great. DD loves hers.

We love our kk with the sippy tops. We have a Sigg too but dd can just dump it upside down and spill it everywhere.
