Places to order shipped grass fed beef and lamb

I am able to get pastured chicken, turkey, duck and eggs locally but there are no local sources of 100% grass fed beef and lamb.

Anybody have any experience, places to recommend for ordering grass fed beef and lamb? We like 100% grass fed with unsprayed grass.

We order from Paidom http://www.paidom.com/ and have been thrilled with their stuff. They deliver here in TX (they make a run every couple of months) but they ship also.

did you check http://www.eatwild.com? there's a pretty big list.

i haven't actually ordered yet, though. i keep thinking i'll do a co-op with some friends, and how much freezer space do i have anyway, etc, etc, and get side-tracked...

I use LaCense, US Wellness, and others.

I try to buy beef locally when possible, but I have ordered ground beef from www.tallgrassbeef.com and http://www.lacensebeef.com and have been happy with both.

Bumping this thread because I'm to the point where I think I might order some grass fed meat online. (I've had this bookmarked for a month.)

I'm nervous though that the meat will thaw and be ruined by the time I get it (and I'm on a small budget now). How is the meat shipped so it stays frozen?

TIA!

My order from La Cense was shipped with dry ice. It came in the hottest part of July, and everything was still rock hard frozen when it arrived at my house.
