Shatavari not while domperidone? and during pregnancy>?

I hadnt ever heard of Shatavari until a few days ago.

Im an IGT mamma prepping for next baby.

Last baby I took domperidone and more milk special blend. I didnt find the more milk special blend did anything the domperidone however took me from 4 ounces to 12.

On the website, it says you should not take Shatavari and domperidone at the same time - what have been your experiences?

And what is safe to do NOW at 13 weeks along?

Shatavari, goat's rue and Domperidone all can lower blood sugar levels so I can see how it might be too much. I have noticed that it seems to increase my estrogen levels, but I don't know that scientifically, I just don't normally have a whole lot of estrogen flowing so when it happens I can tell by how I feel because it's a big thing!!

As far as taking while pregnant, I would contact someone who practices Ayurvedic medicine as they would know best. I'll keep researching though.
