I remember there were some posts awhile back about people interested in going to school for nutrition, and I just wanted to put in a plug for the program I'm attending. It's the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NY, and is very TF friendly. (Sally Fallon is even one of the lecturers!) It's focused on whole foods, organic, etc., and also non-food nutrition (relationships, exercise, etc), and teaching the interpersonal, counseling aspect of the profession.
You don't have to be in NY to do the program--most people aren't. Check it out if you're interested, and feel free to pm me (especially if you're seriously considering it, I believe we both get a discount if you mention that it's a referral).
