I have water coming from my bedroom ceiling!

help!
we have had a moisture issue for a couple of years now....we get mold along the outer walls of our house on the inside.....well....this year dp got the idea of putting up plastic to help with the heat and now in the bedroom their is .....water collecting on my ceiling....like little droplets....all along the outer wall!
any ideas?????
i'm freaking out here!

it appears the issue is.....dun dun dun....






we have too many people taking too many hot showers ...in a house that is too small for all of us...with not enough ventilation or insulation.

heh, we crack the window when we shower, since there is no exhaust vent in our teeny little bathroom. I may buy a fan for it next year.
Sure it makes the heater work harder for the 10 minutes that we're in there (oil-filled space heater) but the whole house isn't steamy when I come out of the bathroom.

Do you have a dehumidifier (sp?) it sounds like you could benefit from one.
