Here's a present I am thinking of making for some of my hard-to-shop-for relatives:

The TF Dairy package:

• Cute little 8-oz mason jars filled with -- Craime fraiche, Buttermilk, Fromage Blanc
• Attractive labels with an expiration date, suggestions for using them, and directions on how to make more.

Relatively inexpensive, and doesn't require a lot of advance preparation.
