Less spendy probiotic than HMF Powder?

Does anybody have a recommendation for a less expensive (but equally good!) probiotic than Genestra's HMF Powder? I give DD2 a 1/2 tsp every day and would really like my oldest to get some too - but that would mean going through it in a week. And at almost $30 each, that's beyond our budget! Any suggestions?

We used to use the Genestra HFM powder, then our DAN Dr switched us to Mindlix powder or the Kyodophiulus by Kyolic. My eldest takes the capsul and for the younger ones, I just open one up and sprinkle it on their food

The best and cheapest source of probiotics would be to buy raw milk and make your own yogurt....esp with the recipe used in the Specific Carb Diet. However, if that option is not available to you I have no suggestions. I can get 5 mason jars full of yogurt with 1 gal raw milk..which costs me $5.

nak

that would be great, but she's going off dairy for 6 weeks starting next week, so we can't supplement her that way.

thanks for the other brand names, chantald.

anyone have any other brands you've had success with?

Pharmax is same as HMF if you can find their product cheaper.
