Gift for CONSERVATIVE Midwife...

Any ideas? I'm also studying midwifery and my midwife has made recommendations on books and topics, etc. By Conservative, I mean that she is Plain. I thought of Bloomin' Belly Soaps, as she wasn't raised Plain she would get it, but her husband and any plain mamas that visit would possibly be offended...thus is would possibly end up hidden in a drawer worthless to her.

So should I just steer away from things pregnancy related? Is there anything that is pregnancy related that a midwife would want or find useful?
