Grape Seed Extract question

I got some Grape Seed Extract caps - they didn't have liquid. Is that even going to work? I think we may have some yeast. Though no white patches, just pain, and the pain is more localized in one nipple which confuses me. *sigh*

Yep, that works fine.

YESSSSS grapeFRUIT seet extract .... AKA GSE , not to be confused with grape seed extract. a good antiox that helps the heart...

be careful with the liquid GSE, it can be very strong and should be diluted when used topically or internally...

Oh yeah, totally didn't notice that you had the wrong thing when I looked at this post.

Grapefruit Seed Extract should be diluted ten drops to one oz water for topical/oral application. The mama can also take it internally following directions on the bottle. A small bottle will set you back about $10 and will be way more than enough to get you through a yeasty episode. GL eradicating those little beasties!
