I started out saying boobies, knowing well ds would someday be yelling it in public... but I was spared! First he said "Buh!", his very first word. Later it evolved into "Be", and that is what it has been ever since (he's 3). The boy has a subtlety his mama lacks.
I never called it/them anything. My friend did make the mistake of saying 'boobies" a lot and her kid was very vocal. He'd call from his crib in the morning "boobies, boobies, boobies!"
DS started calling nursing "na na" at about 10 months. We still call it that. It is nice when he is demanding in public that not everyone knows what he's after.

I have a funny feeling I will go through the boobies, boobies boobies sans crib though, we co sleep.
I wasn't crazy about the idea of a made-up name, so we just say "milk" and "nurse." We used the ASL sign for milk until she learned to talk. Now when we name body parts, I call my breasts "breasts," but she insists on calling them "milk" anyway.
